I recently purchased a Creality Ender 3 v2 3D Printer and it has been a life-changer for me, but one really important thing for me was to be able to monitor my prints remotely. As a student with a part-time job, I don't have a lot of time to be at home and watch my prints. Utilizing OctoPrint, integrated with Home Assistant, I'm able to get a wonderful dashboard that shows the status of my printer and a snapshot of the current print.
What I love most about this view is the ability to see my printer's uptime with the uptime card. I am also using the threedy card to display the printer details and show the progress display. Both of these can be installed with HACS.
